What we do – how we can impact your project.

Antony Smith W2E-UK

Our aim is to get your plant working the way it was designed to.

The waste to energy sector to the outside world can appear highly technical and complicated, especially when you have a challenging or problematic project.

Sometimes when a project is not going the way it should, there is immense time and financial pressure to “make it work”, sometimes even years may pass in bureaucracy and false starts, we see it all the time.

Our role is to break through the fog that has suddenly appeared in the timeline.

The unknown can be a paralysing place, productivity and results can seem out of reach, or eclipsed by commercial or contractual issues.

We are not your typical engineering consultancy – our ultimate goal is that your plant works the way it was designed to.

We have extensive and varied experience in the waste to energy sector, working on projects of all different sizes and technologies. This has given us the knowledge and skills to work through your problems and take away the pain.

Each plant might have unique issues that we can help with, to do this we will create a solid plan – a road map out of the fog.

Stabilise

Ensure that the project is safe and compliant, and engage with key personnel to understand their challenges and how we can work together.

Analyse

Investigate the problems in detail, capture data (operational, commercial, programme) to create a baseline view, to move forward from.

Prioritise

The valuable data gives us a hit list of the “top 5” issues that we would seek to solve and the ones that are most detrimental to successful outcomes.

Optimise

Once the project is back on track we look to optimise efficiency and tweak the operation to give you the best possible output.

If you need expert advice that creates a defined process to get your plant working whilst removing all the pain and delay, please contact us.
