PLANT HEALTH CHECK
Small savings or improvements can add up to £thousands in our industry, so it’s always worth an independent health check to minimise risk and maximise return.
New to 2023 we are offering a brand-new Health Check service – available covering four distinct areas of your project or operations:
CONTRACT – contract and commercial review
COMPLIANCE – health, safety, and environmental compliance
DELIVERY – project delivery / O&M contract delivery
PERFORMANCE – plant/process performance and efficiency
A new pair of eyes often see risks, opportunities, trends, etc differently – where these may be overlooked as “business as usual” by those at the cliff face.
We take a high-level, impartial look at your project or operations as part of the Health Check in the area(s) of your choice, and identify any areas for improvement, gaps, significant risks, and performance/efficiency improvements. We will provide and discuss recommendations to reduce risk, improve performance and efficiency, and ways to best capitalise on any opportunities.
If this is of interest to you, or may be of interest to your colleagues, please get in touch and we’ll send some details across.
