New to 2023 we are offering a brand-new Health Check service – available covering four distinct areas of your project or operations:

CONTRACT – contract and commercial review
COMPLIANCE – health, safety, and environmental compliance
DELIVERY – project delivery / O&M contract delivery
PERFORMANCE – plant/process performance and efficiency

A new pair of eyes often see risks, opportunities, trends, etc differently – where these may be overlooked as “business as usual” by those at the cliff face.
We take a high-level, impartial look at your project or operations as part of the Health Check in the area(s) of your choice, and identify any areas for improvement, gaps, significant risks, and performance/efficiency improvements. We will provide and discuss recommendations to reduce risk, improve performance and efficiency, and ways to best capitalise on any opportunities.
